German term or phrase: Ortbeton
Mit Ortbeton bezeichnet man Beton, der vor Ort auf der Baustelle verarbeitet wird und dort, meist in einer Schalung, abbindet, im Gegensatz zu Betonfertigteilen, die in erhärtetem Zustand direkt eingebaut werden. Ortbeton wird entweder als Transportbeton auf die Baustelle geliefert oder dort als Baustellenbeton hergestellt. Nach dem Einfüllen in die Schalungen muss der Ortbeton verdichtet werden, das heißt, eingeschlossene Luftblasen werden mit Rüttelmaschinen entfernt.
