Poate putin mai mult context ar ajuta, pentru ca in romana se fomeaza mai greu astfel de substantive. Eu as zice sa folosesti ca verb: a trage de două ori apa la WC/ toaletă.
"Um den Trinkwasserverbrauch zu reduzieren, sind moderne Spülkästen entweder mit einer Zwei-Mengen-Spültechnik oder aber mit einer Spül-Stopp-Funktion ausgestattet. Bei der Zwei-Mengen-Spültechnik werden bei der kleinen Spülung nur ca. drei Liter verbraucht. Je nach Spülkasten stehen bis zu ca. sechs Liter zum Nachspülen bereit. In Dictionarul Academiei German-Roman scrie nachspüllen - a clati, a mai clati o data. Insa in general nu prea se vorbeste despre clatire la WC-uri in sensul de tras apa, ci mai mult la masini de spalat vase/rufe.

Depinde deci daca e vorba de vreo solutie pusa in WC sau pur si simplu de tras apa repetat.
