Este vorba despre diferite sortimente de branza , de ex:

Ma poate ajuta cineva si cu o lista cat mai completa cu produse alimentare, eventual germana-romana? Am o lista cu tot felul de chestii necunoscute . De ex. Puffmais,Sachertorte etc.

Din pacate nu am un dictionar RO-DE-RO alimentar la indemana, asa ca am sa incerc sa-ti dau echivalentele:
"Sachertorte" a explicat Cristina ce este.
"Puffmais" este porumb expandat/Popcorn, asemanator cu orezul expandat (unter hohem Druck gedämpfter u. dadurch zu einer lockeren Masse aufgeblähter Mais)

Dupa continutul de grasime exista 8 grade/nivele (?) de grasime, redate pe alimente, de obicei prin abrevierea F.i.Tr (Fett in der Trockenmasse)
- Doppelrahmstufe: 60-87%
- Rahmstufe: minim 50%
- Vollfettstufe: minim 45%
- Dreiviertelfettstufe: minim 30%
- Halbfettstufe: minim 20%
- Viertelfettstufe: minim 10%
- Magerstufe: sub 10%
