neutral  Susanna & Christian Popescu: cost = sumă cheltuită. Comerciantul cheltuie cu plicuri, cutii etc., dar taxează şi activitatea de împachetare, adesea cu o sumă nejustificată... Termenul "cost" l-ar favoriza în detrimentul consumatorului.
