Trata-se do título de um pequeno tópico em que se descreve um dispositivo de uma máquina (tipo de gadanheira, creio).
A palavra não parece mais nenhuma vez no documento inteiro, daí que não dá sequer para fornecer mais contexto ou situações em que a mesma estivesse inserida.
