e
"Vor gut 20 Jahren riefen unabhängige Filmemacher es als NoBudget-Festival ins Leben – und der Name war Programm."
Seria no sentido de "um programa/evento de presença/participação (quase) obrigatória"?

Asker: Obrigado, é o mesmo caminho apontado pela Ursula. Mas fica estranho no segundo caso, ou ao menos diz o (quase) óbvio, que o festival "no budget" é para filmes "no budget".

Asker: Obrigado pelo "baixo orçamento", mas, conforme pesquisa no Google, também se usa "no budget" no Brasil. Portanto, ambos estão corretos e usarei ambos alternadamente.
