Die Beurteilung erfolgt > einer Stunde nach dem Aufleimen (Kleber muss abgekühlt sein) durch Handabriss
( siehe Anlagen) und Vergleich mit Grenzwertmusterplatte.
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Sofortabriss.
Sollte bei dieser Prüfung das Ergebnis noch nicht optimal ausfallen, so wird nur ca. die Hälfte der angeleimten Kante
(ca. 300mm) abgerissen. Die andere Hälfte wird nach ca. 24 Stunden von der Spanplatte entfernt und neu bewertet.
Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass sich der SPANAUSRISS nach ca. 24 Stunden verbessert. Dies begründet sich durch die
Kristallisation des Klebers.
