Die für eine breite Palette an gängigen Implantatsystemen verfügbaren TI-Forms erhalten durch die Technik des „Rotationsfräsens” eine herausragende Oberflächenqualität. Im Gegensatz zum konventionellen Fräsen, bei dem das Werkstück vorwiegend in einer statischen Position verbleibt dreht sich dieses beim sogenannten „Abzeilen” fortlaufend um die eigene Achse. Dabei werden nicht nur Verfahrwege des Fräsers eingespart, es entsteht auch ein gleichmäßig homogener Materialabtrag und Oberflächen mit einem ebenso präzisen wie ebenmäßigen Schliffbild.
