W sensie = Im übertragenen Sinne werden mit diesem Begriff ironisch auch Menschen bezeichnet, bei denen man unterstellt, dass sie als angestammt empfundene Rechte bei Streitigmachung offensiv verteidigen.

Bez kontekstu - zastanawiam się po prostu od jakiegoś czasu bezskutecznie, jak bym to przetłumaczyła, gdyby...
