W przypadku umowy o dzielo (Werkvertrag) mowi sie raczej o uslugach a nie o swiadczeniach. Slowo "dodatkowe" jest moim zdaniem zbedne, poniewaz w wersji niemieckiej nie pojawia sie ono w postaci "zusätzliche" lub "Zusatzleistungen"
