agree  Boguslaw Walerjan: Mit einer Vorsorgevollmacht bevollmächtigt nach deutschem Recht eine Person eine andere Person, im Falle einer Notsituation alle oder bestimmte Aufgaben für den Vollmachtgeber zu erledigen. Ani słowa o warunkach. Jest także termin kuratela.
