Polish translation:ten termin nie ma polskiego odpowiednika,

Explanation:
bo taki rodzaj zatrudnienia w Polsce nie istnieje. Kiedyś było to ileś tam godzin tygodniowo i chyba 512 DM miesięcznie; teraz nie wiem.

Proponuję "zatrudnienie w niewielkim wymiarze czasu pracy" i stosowny komentarz.
