Można by to obrazowo przetłumaczyć jako: redukcja nieuzasadnionych kosztów wynikających ze zbyt łagodnego traktowania roszczeń klientów (o ile pasuje to do kontekstu) |

Lejmanen co do tego, że brak jest odpowiednika polskiego i co do okre¶leń: wyj¶ć na przeciw i życzliwie potraktować klienta.
