Si potrebbe tradurre semplicemente con parcella (vd. link Giornale del Vino). Non ho approfondito la ricerca, ma potrebbe essere equivalente ad una "sottozona" italiana (da verificare).
Ho trovato comunque che Les Champs Traversins viene definito con termine francese in un articolo della stampa specializzata (vd. link vins-bourgogne.fr) "climat". Forse potresti utilizzare questo termine, dato che qui "Unterparzelle" non è inteso in senso catastale.
