guardano in rete il modo in cui è usata l'espressione, mi sono convinta che si tratta di condizioni di "non controllo" delle emozioni, uno stato generale di malessere, che include depressione e aggressività. La cosa che secondo me più si avvicina in italiano è crollo/esaurimento nervoso (esaurimento nervoso di per sé non vuol dire niente dal punto di vista clinico, ma viene usato nel linguaggio comune).

Ich bin seitdem durch ein beständiges Wechselbad der Gefühle gegangen. Neben vielen Momenten, in denen ich die wieder gewonnene Vertrautheit zwischen uns genieße, kommen die totalen Gefühlsabstürze, wie z.B.

1.) Nicht-wahrnehmen-wollen der Situation (Was erzählt mein Mann mir hier? Betrifft mich das? Bin ich im falschen Film?– ich kam mir vor, als wäre mir ein Felsblock auf den Kopf gedonnert)

2.) Wut, wie Schreien, Toben, Weinen

3.) Psychosomatische Schmerzen - besonders, wenn er mit ihr Kontakt hat

4.) Traurigkeit
