Buongiorno a tutti: trovo in questo termine nell'Informazione professionale di un medicamento (Svizzera) per la prevenzione di routine dell'angioedema ereditario. Si tratta di una revisione e il termine è sempre stato tradotto come "recidiva/e" e (nel caso di Schubrate) "tasso di recidive".
Quello che sto cercando di capire, specificamente per questa malattia, è se sia corretto utilizzare il termine "recidiva", come per esempio ho visto che si usa per la sclerosi multipla (anche in documenti EMA) piuttosto che "attacco/evento grave" o "ricaduta". Facendo qualche ricerca ho visto che anche su fonti attendibili "Schub" viene tradotto sia come "attacco" che come "recidiva"...
