Nach diesem Vorspann ging es um eine richtige und vollständige Erkenntnissammlung als Grundvoraussetzung einer individuellen Arbeit. Das begann mit einer
Situationsanalyse und der ** Farbnahme ** am Patienten. Die Zahnhartsubstanz bei dieser Patientin war durch eine
Schmelzhypoplasie so stark geschädigt, dass sich bereits funktionelle Störungen ergeben hatten. Der damit einhergehende ästhetische Status (Abb. 2) bewirkte
darüber hinaus noch weiteren Leidensdruck.
Als erste prothetische Maßnahme waren die oberen Frontzähne 12 bis 22 zu überkronen, die weiteren Versorgungen sollten dann später folgen.
