Ho trovato che Typenpunkt e Eckfrequenz sono sinonimi (vedi il primo link) e per Eckfrequenz ho trovato frequenza di taglio (vedi secondo, terzo, quarto link).

...esiste anche Grenzfrequenz, che magari corriponde di più con frequenza limite, ma ho trovato questo: Grenzfrequenz, Übergangsfrequenz oder Eckfrequenz f g = f c {\displaystyle f_{\mathrm {g} }=f_{\mathrm {c} }} f_{{{\mathrm {g}}}}=f_{{{\mathrm {c}}}} (englisch: cutoff frequency = „Höchstfrequenz“) derjenige Wert der Frequenz, bei dessen Überschreitung die Signalamplitude (Spannung) oder die Modulationsamplitude am Ausgang eines Bauteils unter einen bestimmten Wert sinkt. Leggendo questo estratto sembra che i tre termini più o meno significhino lo stesso, visto la congiunzione "oder"
