Penso che si tratti da uno spostamento di pesi in direzione obliqua e quindi c'è il rischio di ribaltamento del mezzo.
Non sono contenta della mia soluzione italiana ma proporrei una cosa del genere:

Sollevamento o tiro di carichi in direzione obliqua rispetto alla posizione (del mezzo)
