Um die vereinbarte Strategie für Verrechnungspreise in die Praxis umzusetzen, müssen nicht nur die Verrechnungspreise selbst bestimmt werden. Auch die notwendigen IT- und Organisationsstrukturen müssen aufgebaut und Mitarbeiter geschult werden. Eine grenzüberschreitende Umstrukturierung der Wertschöpfungskette (Value Chain Transformation, VCT) kann dabei helfen, operative Ziele zu erreichen. Das kann zum Beispiel die Abspaltung oder Integration von Geschäftsbereichen sein oder der Aufbau von **Hub-Strukturen** oder Shared Service Centern.
