Definition Zuwendungen
Als Zuwendungen werden gemäß dieser Verfahrensanweisung sämtliche in den Punkten 3 und 4 der Anti-Korruptionsrichtlinie benannten Zuwendungen betrachtet. Demnach umfassen sie Geschenke, Incentives, Reisen, Unterkünfte, Bewirtungen, Einladungen und Events bzw. alle weiteren möglichen Zuwendungen, die externen Geschäftspartnern möglicherweise gewährt werden könnten oder umgekehrt von diesen an Mitarbeiter gewährt werden könnten.




Die Genehmigung und Meldung von +++Zuwendungen+++ oberhalb der Wertgrenzen ist eine spezifische Anforderung von Compliance und kann nicht durch eine Meldung an andere Stelle wie z. B. an die Steuerabteilung (Geschenkeliste) oder Sachkontenbuchhaltung (Reisekostenabrechnung) ersetzt oder kombiniert werden.
