German to Italian translations [PRO]

German term or phrase: Anrede
Zur Anmeldung in einem Internetforum wird die "Anrede" abgefragt. Man soll hier einfach "Herr" oder "Frau" wählen. Bei meiner Suche im Internet habe ich nur entsprechende italienische Formulare gefunden, die einfach das Geschlecht abfragen. Für die entsprechende Übersetzung bräuchte ich aber eine Übersetzung für "Anrede", da man zwischen "Signore" und "Signora" wählen muss.

Die Frage wurde hier schon unter

behandelt. Als Lösung wurde "titolo" vorgeschlagen. Aber in der vorliegenden Anmeldemaske wird ebenfalls der (akademische) Titel abgefragt, weshalb wir "titolo" nicht auch als Übersetzung für "Anrede" verwenden wollten.
