So che la domanda è già stata posta, ma vorrei delle conferme perché "eye-catcher" e "teaser" non mi convincono. Ho bisogno del termine usato nell'ambito del web-marketing.

Su Wikipedia ho trovato la seguente definizione:

Ein Störer ist ein grafisches Element, das sich deutlich von seiner Umgebung abhebt und somit den harmonischen Gesamteindruck „stört“. Der Störer soll die Aufmerksamkeit des Betrachters auf sich ziehen und so zur Wahrnehmung der darin enthaltenen Information führen. Ein weiteres Ziel kann die Animierung zu einer Reaktion (z. B. Kauf, Antwort) sein.

Explanation:
Come si vede anche dalla ricerca immagini, Störer è quella stella a tante punte, di colori squillanti, usata in genere per segnalare un'offerta speciale (ecco perché Aktions-).
Che io sappia non c'è un termine italiano di uso così comune.
