Meist weisst du ganz genau, was du nicht kannst, aber darum geht's jetzt nicht. Woher solltest du also wissen, wo deine Stärken liegen, und worin du gut bist, wenn dir das niemand sagt? Worauf kannst du stolz sein? Stets wird von dir erwartet, dass du fehlerfrei funktionierst. Alles Können wird vorausgesetzt, alles ist selbstverständlich. Ich könnte manchmal kotzen! Nichts, absolut gar nichts ist selbstverständlich! Deine Leistungen werden nur selten gewürdigt. Lieber wird auf dir rumgehackt und dir erzählt, wie scheisse du bist und was du alles nicht kannst. Wenn ich dann noch Floskeln höre wie "Nicht geschimpft ist genug gelobt" geht mir das Messer im Sack auf.
