sebbene l'espressione corrisponda a "costruire la casa dal tetto" o "mettere il carro davanti ai buoi" secondo me, alla luce del contesto di Dani70 il significato non è questo perchè in italiano queste espressioni significano fare una cosa sbagliata (in quanto si fa prima quanto andrebbe fatto dopo). Qui invece, mi pare di capire, si intende "andare all'indietro" per ricercare le cause e spiegare qc. ... forse chi scrive usa in maniera impropria il detto?
