"Einige laufen bis am x.y.2011 aus, einige laufen erst später aus und einige waren bisher gar nicht konkret definiert."

Secondo voi come devo intenderlo? "essere in vigore fino al" (quindi scadere il..) o come "partire/entrare in vigore il" (a occhio propenderei per quest'ultima)? Quando incorro in queste frasi mi viene quasi da piangere, perché mi fanno sentire stupida.

credo che la discriminante sia qui costituita dalla prep. bis

ab dem.... a partire da - ma non credo che in questo caso si potrebbe usare il verbo aus-laufen - aus indica di per sé qc che sta per finire (e quindi è ancora valido SOLO fino al...)
