Tuttavia sono alla ricerca di un termine meno tecnico, con una connotazione neutra e, per così dire, colloquiale. Ad es. a Dicembre il capo dell'azienda ringrazia i suoi dipendenti in questo modo: Das Geschäftsjahr 2009 war durch die schwere Krise gekennzeichnet, dennoch könnten wir positive Ergebnisse einfahren dank der tollen Einsatz von Euch allen Mitarbeitern". Oppure in una lettera di ringraziamento ai fornitori. "Wir bedanken uns für das hervorragende Geschäftsjahr. Wir werden uns unvermindert einsetzen um die erfolgreiche Kooperation mit mit Ihnen auch im nächsten Jahr auf dem gleichen Niveau fortzuführen ".
