Mio zio (contadino romagnolo) li chiama anche "spacconi" ma non credo sia un termine tecnico, non ho trovato riscontri in internet. "Pfirsichkauf ist Glückssache. Manche Früchte sehen gut aus, entpuppen sich aber nach dem Halbieren als "Kernspalter". Früchte mit gespaltenem Stein lassen sich oft an einer kleinen Öffnung am Stielansatz erkennen.
