Die Steuerung erkennt aufgrund der Temperaturen und Rauchgaswerte den Zustand des Kessels.
„Kessel Aus“: Nach dem Abbrand, der Gluterhaltung und der Restwärmenutzung schaltet der Kessel in den Zustand „Aus“.
„Zündung warten“: Ist die Kesseltür länger als 90Sek. geöffnet bei Kesselzustand „AUS“
Nach dem Schließen der Kesseltür erfolgt das Umschalten in Kesselzustand „Zündung warten“
Der Kessel ist mit Brennmaterial gefüllt
Die automatische Zündung ist aktiviert
Die Steuerung wartet auf die **Bedarfswärmemeldung** des Pufferspeichers
Die Zündung kann auch manuell oder manuell - elektrisch erfolgen
„Kessel Zündung“: Die elektrische Zündung ist aktiviert
Saugzug schaltet „Aus“
Vorglühen der Zündspirale
nach 3 Minuten erlischt das Symbol
„Kessel Anheizen“: Saugzug schaltet auf 100%
Primärluftklappe geöffnet (100%)
Steuerung prüft Anstieg der Rauchgastemperatur
Innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Rauchgaserhöhung von 10 °C]
und die eingestellte Rauchgastemperatur innerhalb 45 Minuten erreicht wurde (HV20 = 170 °C; HV30 = 180 °C; HV40-50 = 185 °C; HV60 = 200 °C)
Anschließend erfolgt der Wechsel in Zustand „Volllast“
Bei nicht Erreichen / Reduktion der Rauchgastemperatur von / auf 100 °C wechselt der Kessel in Zustand „AUS“
