Il mio testo (svizzero) è un contratto stipulato tra un ente turistico e un'azienda del settore della formazione per l'erogazione di corsi di formazione rivolti agli operatori dell'industria alberghiera.

Nel paragrafo introddutivo che presenta la situazione leggo:

***Mittels Anrechnung*** bereits abgeschlossener Kurse ist die Teilnahme und Aktivität gesichert. Zusätzlich werden mit kostenfreien Analysen zu Einzelbetrieben neue potentielle Teilnehmer gelotst und gleichzeitig wertvolle Daten gesammelt.

Ho un'opinione ben precisa sull'interpretazione da dare all'espressione in oggetto, ma preferisco non esprimerla per non influenzare eventuali risposte. Ciò che cerco è una conferma della mia intuizione. O una smentita, nel qual caso sarò molto sollevata di non aver inviato al cliente una traduzione con un grossolano errore.
