Ihre wahrscheinliche Wurzel hat die heutige Dinkelsbühler Kinderzeche im katholischen Chorschulwesen, wie aus einem Briefwechsel von 1475 zu schließen ist. Aus der Belohnung für ihre Dienste entwickelte sich ab 1629 das Zechgeld der katholischen Lateinschüler und ihr Schulauszug zum Ferienbeginn in eine Dorfwirtschaft, nämlich die Katholische Schulzeche.

in questo contesto il termine "Wirtschaft" ha il significato di "manifestazione, evento" (trattasi infatti di una festa con sfilata, come si evince dal testo stesso e dai due siti qui che indico come fonti, gli unici in cui viene citata la "Kinderzeche"). "Evento" è un termine molto gettonato oggi, ma trattandosi del 1629, direi che è preferibile tradurlo con "manifestazione".
