Il paragrafo in questione riguarda la creazione di soluzioni tampone e di inattivazione. Non sono sicura in particolare del significato di "Abschwemmung/abschwemmen". Die Bebrütung erfolgt bei (36 ± 1) °C über (44 ± 4) h. Anschließend werden die Platten ausgewertet. Die Koloniezahlen an E. faecium ATCC 6057 je Bioindikator werden einzeln vermerkt." "Anzucht und Vorbereitung des Testorganismus Der Testorganismus E. faecium ATCC 6057 nach C.3.1.5 wird in drei Subkulturen 24 h bei (36 ± 1) °C auf CSA inkubiert. Zur Gewinnung der Bakteriensuspension werden sechs Platten mit je 10 ml NaCl-Lösung, w(NaCl) = 0,9 %, abgeschwemmt und durch Zentrifugieren, Resuspendieren und erneutes Zentrifugieren gewaschen.
