Ilyen meghatározást magyarul nem találok, de azt hiszem így is világos a dolog. Agyagbányató sok van nálunk is, többek között az Feneketlen-tó is az volt a budapesti 11. kerületben. Ugyancsak a Google találatai alapján van agyagbányató Kinkunlacházán, Szilsárkányban, Csepregen, Őrhalomban stb.

disagree  Ferenc BALAZS: Szerintem így elveszne az a közvetett információ, hogy a régió tavai a tégla- és cserépgyártás következtében alakultak ki. Ha kavicsbányászatot műveltek volna,akkor ezek Schotterteiche lennének. Ha mindegy lenne, akkor pl. Grubenteiche.
