Vaut-il mieux dire "Le taux (...) a diminué de 32% à 17%" (ce qui prête à confusion car est proche de "Le taux a diminué de 32%"), ou bien "Le taux (...) est passé de 32% à 17%" (en perdant l'accent mis sur la diminution)?
