German term or phrase: Mehlprodukte
....dazu werden im Mühlenbereich innovative ***Mehlprodukte*** mit neuen Funktionalitäten entwickelt, produziert und vertrieben.
Also das erst, was mir hier in den Sinn gekommen ist sind Nudeln. Aber ich bin mir gar nicht sicher.

disagree  CATHERINE ERNST: Je ne pense pas que cela soit vraiment approprié dans ce contexte. "Farineux" donne une connotation négative ! Mais "à base de farine" est parfait à mon sens.
