ce doublon est une tautologie "imparfaite"...
il me semble que unbelehnt donne la perspective financière (la dette garantie par la cédule) tandis que unverpfändet se réfère au droit de gage.
La tournure que je propose (et que j'ai trouvé aussi sur internet) me semble rendre (imparfaitement aussi ;-) ) l'idée, mais dans l'ordre inverse!

  -> Je me suis aussi posé la question ! Dans les textes de loi helvétiques, on traduit aussi simplement "Belehnung" par "avance" ou "prêt" (OPP2, LLG). Il faudrait peut-être l'avis d'un spécialiste, car j'atteins là les limites de mes compétences !
