un début de réponse... Explanation: "Unterschieden wird zwischen Publikums-AIF und Spezial-AIF. Letztere stehen ausschließlich professionellen (institutionelle Investoren und große Unternehmen) oder semiprofessionellen Investoren offen." Si je comprends bien, il y a des fonds alternatifs plutôt destinés aux particuliers (Publikums-AIF) et d’autres (Spezial-AIF) aux investisseurs et grandes entreprises. Mais je n’ai pas non plus trouvé d’équivalents en Français. Quant à cette histoire de fermé et d’ouvert, j’ai trouvé ceci "100 000 euros pour les FIA ouverts aux investisseurs professionnels et 0 euro pour les FIA ouverts au grand public" J’espère que ça t’aide un peu -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 Stunden (2017-01-24 09:53:42 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Donc, dans le sens d'une réponse qui t'a été donnée pour une autre question.
