Heuriger bezeichnet in Österreich die Lokalität, wo Wein ausgeschenkt wird. Buschenschank, auch Buschenschenke (-schänke), ist ein zeitweiliger Ausschank ortsüblicher Getränke, Jung- und Altwein, aber auch Most, seltener Bier und Schnaps, dann auch Hofschank genannt. Der entsprechende Ausschank von Milch auf Almen/Alpen ist der Almausschank.
