Ob das in der Textilbranche richtig ist, weiß ich nicht. Ich kenne welding sonst nur vom Schweißen von Metallen, gilt das auch für Schweißen von Nähten bei Funktionsbekleidung?

Explanation:
I think entire the string of words might be too long for entry in kudoz. My suggestion for "schweißen" alone would be heat sealing, which encompasses different welding techniques (see link below). The technique for sealing seams, i.e. waterproofing seams, since this is about functional or work clothing, involves seam sealing tape. Depending on the style of the rest of the CV there are different ways to phrase this. One possibility:
