agree  philgoddard: But not your additional suggestions. Kinesiology is inappropriate for the context, and kinematics, a branch of mechanics, is just plain wrong. You don't want to sound "more scientific".
2 hrs
-> Got it! Actually I don't, but the 'Lehre' infers some kind of methodology.

agree  Birgit Gläser: with kinesiology... (found examples for health pages and what is kinesio tape used for...) I think Haltungslehre may be part of that anyway... therefore I was just about to propose to leave out the posture thing myself ;-D

-> Yes, I arrived at the same conclusion. Hope you're well!

posture and movement

Explanation:
May seem picky, but I think in this case the implication is not so much (active) exercise as movement

Although we tend to think of posture and movement as distinct entities, posture in fact consists of constant subtle movement.

Finally, we consider how central control processes might achieve an effective coordination between posture and movement. Is a single central control process responsible for both movement and its associated posture? Alternatively, is there a dual coordinated control system: one for movement, and the other for posture?

Posture and movement assessments are essential to designing an exercise program that meets the needs of your clients.

neutral  philgoddard: Bewegung is often mistranslated as movement when it means exercise. The context is a health show, presumably aimed at consumers, so this must mean things like yoga mats and fitness equipment.
2 hrs
-> Sorry, but I disagree! / The "sanfte Entspannungs- und Bewegungsformen" would be gentle relaxation and exercise.
