Unter dem Verständnis, dass der Langausleger einfach ein langer Ruderausleger ist (wie hier dargestellt: http://mbp-rc.de/MBP-7075Alu-157/127mm-lang), ist das englische Äquivalent wohl "long bracket" (so wie hier: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RUDDER-GAS-with-150mm-LONG-BRACKET...

Im Gegensatz dazu gibt's noch die "short bracket" (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RUDDER-GAS-TWIN-PICKUP-WITH-SHORT-... bei der das Ruder ganz einfach viel dichter am Rumpf sitzt (hier ein deutsches Beispiel: http://mbp-rc.de/MBP-Mini-Ruder-55mm-lang).

Ich bin auch noch auf "extended bracket" gestoßen, war aber nicht so häufig.
