Bitte Proben sicherstellen und Service verständigen, Reagenz wird nicht gewechselt.

This is in the FAQS/trouble shooting guide for a centrifuge or some such piece of lab equipment as an instruction for what to do if there is a blockage in the rotation chamber. I'm not sure how sicherstellen is meant here. Does this mean "take samples" or "rescue (i.e. remove) the samples" from the centrifuge?
