subfile Explanation: It sounds to me that in this save file dialog something is saved in a subdirectory or subfile of a larger file, similar to programmes that directly save data into an existing zip, rar or other compressed file. You first select the container file and then the subordinate entry in that file to determine where you want to export your data. I am not quite sure what would be the best term for that sort of thing in English, but subfile seems like it could fit here. |
