human-centric communication
Explanation:
Bill Gates was one of the first to evangelize the term user-centric. And although I try hard not to refer to ".de" sites to corroborate a suggestion, the URL below will probably confirm that human-centric is what you're looking for.

humanocentric communication

Explanation:
...comes in at zero BUT 'humanocentric' on its own registers a respectable 10,600.
Presumably this term is an invention of the 'Excellence Center'. Maybe they should add TM to it.

I am not sure how 'humanorientierte Kommunikation' differs from 'humanzentrierte Kommunikation' but no doubt the people at the 'Excellence Center' could enlighten us.

(Results 1 - 10 of about 94 for 'humanorientiert')

Here's another one: "human-centred communication"

In fact, it is an exact reproduction of 'humanzentrierte Kommunikation', both lexically and grammatically.

There should be some mechanism for replying to peer comments elsewhere on the page ("...doesn't sound so translated").
All the answers proposed are, unfortunately, no more and no less plausible than the original term. 'Oriented' seems currently to be something of a buzz word and standard solution to every tricky question here on Kudoz. Perhaps some day we will get a CL5 definitive meaning for this all-purpose word.
