To answer your question (native speaker here):
"bearbeitungsarm" means you don't need much time to adapt the insole to the required specifications
Another one from Bauer:
"Im Anschluss daran und unter Berücksichtigung des getragenen Schuhwerks bearbeitet er dann die Einlage und erstellt so eine maßgefertigte Einlage. Dank einer solchen Einlage entsteht eine maßgeschneiderte Einheit aus Schuh und Einlage."
https://www.bauerfeind.de/de/produkte/einlagen/kunststoffein...Which means it's easily adaptable, as Lancashireman said, or "easy to customize."
Cf.:
"These devices are also adaptable, heat mouldable and can be supplied with posting, to optimise both function and fit."
http://www.saltstechstep.co.uk/paediatric/insolesArmorel's reference link:
"meist nur Formanpassung an Schuhe nötig
• Punktuell thermoplastisch verformbar (Heißluftfön, 120°C ,
20-30 sec.)"
I can't see how they're "easy to fit." These here are:
https://www.absolute-snow.co.uk/V/Superfeet_Trim_To_Fit_Thin...But there's no need for these soles to be "bearbeitet." They just will fit right in. That's why they're "einfach verwendbar" - the other ones aren't, IMO.
