Blanket-liability creditor / Full-liability guarantor Explanation: I am not sure whether the above expressions fit, but I include them in case they inspire something useful. On Wikipedia Globalgrundschuld redirects to Gesamtgrundschuld https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Globalgrundschuld... On Linguee there is only one hit for Globalgrundschuld, which has for the specific context "blanket land charge", which might perhaps be generalised to something like "blanket liability". https://www.linguee.com/english-german/search?source=auto&qu...
