German term or phrase: ALV
Hello,

This is from an office stamp in a real estate case in regard to a commercial lease in Switzerland:

I would assume this to be the lessee's rubber stamp, but I am not completely sure. The lessee is a company.

Kfz.
WE-I
WE-A
***ALV***
GWG
Wbg.
BM
GEPR.
ERL.

GWG is Gemeinnützige Wohn- und Siedlungsgesellschaft.
Wbg. is Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft.
Kfz, BM, ALV, WE-I and WE-A are currently unknown.
ALV might be Arbeitslosenversicherung, but how would that make sense here? Alleinvertretung? There is an agent involved.
GEPR.(üft)
ERL.(edigt)

Explanation:
don't think it means "Arbeitslosenversicherung" but could be "Alleinvertreter""sole agent" ... acronyms the bane of banes and probably best to ask the client (if the client has any idea of what he/she is sending for translation)

doesn't look like signing-off initials, so let's see what others have to say on this...
