In paper-making the term Blasensauger appears to be a trademark of Voith Paper. The product pages of Voith don't appear to make any English reference to the product. Maybe Voith have still to think of an English name for the Blasensauger.
If all this is true, then we are left with inventing something ourselves! Blister suchtion eliminator is my first shot!

agree  Erika Berrai-Flynn: Voith Paper kennzeichnet den Begriff als Trademark. Scheint aber nicht angemeldet zu sein. Hier scheint eine Rücksprache sinnvoll, denn Tradmarks werden für gewöhnlich nicht übersetzt.
