this is someone speaking about his model navy ship (i think the transcript isn't quite right in some places or the guy didn't know his words).

Die Kanone ist ursprünglich nicht vorgesehen gewesen, das man die irgendwie bewegen kann, sondern die ist irgendwie sehr hübsch anzusehen gewesen und eigentlich hab ich mir gedacht, eigentlich müsste man das ding dahin kriegen das das ding sich bewegt, zu mindestens ein bisschen, das haben wir dann heute ausprobiert, in dem wir entsprechend die **höhenricht***, die seitenrichtungen mit kleinen Servos nachempfunden haben.
Die ***höheneinrichtung*** fkt perfekt, bei der seiteneinrichtung haben wir noch ein kleines Problemchen, das kriegen wir aber hin indem wir diese Anlenkstange noch mal überarbeiten und die so vernünftig bauen das die nicht aushackt und dann fkt das ding auch

Elevation Adjustment is what is being described.

This term is present in both German, English and Russian military lexicons:

Höhenrichtung - Elevation adjustment or Vertical adjustment - вертикальная наводка.

There is an alternate definition in English "Adjusted Range" for artillery, but I do not see it applying here.
