Multi/multiple-medication packaging Explanation: Paragraph 4 here explains it: https://www.apotheker.at/internet/oeak/NewsPresse.nsf/e02b9c... And here is an English reference: https://www.omnicell.com/us/en_us/products/multimed-adherenc... In the US they also call it "adherence packaging" and in the UK "compiance packaging" In this context I would probably stick with the term I suggested as an answer and, if given the opportunity later on, introduce "adherence/compliance" packaging. Please note that this regulation only applies where the process is done mechanically and not manually, e.g. in the pharmacy. |

repackaging / re-blistering Explanation: https://www.lw.com/thoughtLeadershipr/repackaging-of-pharma-... The question of whether pharmaceutical products can be repackaged by parallel traders has been – and continues to be – a recurrent topic before the European Court of Justice. In the European Union, each member state, based on its own healthcare policy, dictates the prices of the drugs sold in its territory. This leads to significant differences in the price of pharmaceuticals across the EU. These differences create business opportunities for parallel importers who can buy the drugs in those countries where they are cheaper and import them in the more expensive ones, thereby obtaining a lucrative margin. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 Stunden (2019-08-01 07:06:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://proficientrx.com/repackaging-medication-how/ The simple description of the process of repackaging medication includes receiving, specifications, client approval, production, quality control, shipping, and delivery. Sounds simple, right? Not hardly. In fact, there are more detailed steps within these steps taken at each stage of the repackaging medication process to make sure the patient receives the highest quality product. Additional steps include environmental testing, labeling, securing controlled substances, and keeping good records throughout the process. https://patents.google.com/patent/CA2878366A1/en https://meriantomedical.com/en/hospital-furniture/blistering-of-medicine/ |
